BOOKS RECOMMENDED
Dancing with Life by Phillip Moffitt
"If life is going to dance with you, then what kind of dance partner do you wish to be? Finding a way to be at ease with the dance itself is a crucial skill in finding freedom and meaning in life.

Dancing with Life teaches you how to move from suffering to joy in your life."
I'm a Vipassana practitioner. This book really resonates with me as it helps me to bring the sitting practice to my daily life in a clearer manner. The book is easy to follow and full of wisdom.
Emotional Chaos to Clarity by Phillip Moffitt
"Your responsive mind state knows what you are about. It allows you to stay grounded in your deepest values even in the face of life’s uncertainty. You experience clarity that allows you to act with wisdom and stay true to what matters most to you."
This is the book I read by Phillip Moffitt. He has a way to explain our complicated inner self in a very succinct manner. I have benefitted a lot from his books.
Ayureveda and the Mind by David Frawley
AYURVEDA AND THE MIND "is perhaps the first book published in the West that explores specifically the psychological aspect of this great system. The book explores how to heal our minds on all levels from the subconscious to the superconscious, along with the role of diet, impressions, mantra, meditation, yoga and many other methods to create wholeness."
I have heard a lot about David Frawley before picking up this book. It was a surprised chance when I passed by Rishikesh on my way down from the remote village of Rudraprayag in India. Viola! I read a quarter of the book during my 2 hours journey to Delhi. An Ayurveda book that focuses mainly on the psychological part of us is rare. Check it out! This book helps me a lot when I'm trying to convey some of our core nature to my yoga students.
