BACK RECOVERY YOGA

I have my fair share of extreme backache problems. A condition cause by too much sitting (in a bad posture), carrying of heavy weights over a long distance and surprisingly ... Yoga!

 

However, the injury and the recovery process helps me to see clearly that it wasn't Yoga that was causing the problem, it was me, the practisioner! The question is : "Did we practise with the right awareness and mindfulness?"

 

Yoga helps me to recover too. It was a long process of 1 year slow practise with new awareness.

 

I will like to share with you how we can empower ourselves with simple practises, how injuries help us to grow and become wiser in the process.
