
CHAIR YOGA
We will be practising CHAIR YOGA in a gentle and yet engage manner. Mindfulness and relaxation techniques are also taught in the class.
You will get to stretch and strengthen different parts of the body mostly sitting down. As the class progress, standing pose (with support of the chair) will also be taught. Tips of good daily habits will be shared too.

- A sequence of 12 poses (Adapted from Sivananda Yoga)
Adapted Poses
- To relax and lubricate various parts of the body.
- To strengthen the weak muscles
- To enhance awareness of the body
FINAL RELAXATION is practice at the end of the class to help you release all tensions from your body part by part starting from toes moving up all the way to the head.

Yoga can also be practice off the mat if we adopt a more conscious lifestyle to help the wellbeing of a daily routine.
